After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation through email, WhatsApp, SMS, or another available communication channel.

An order is considered accepted once it has been confirmed by Taarasha.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in certain circumstances, including suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, or inaccurate customer information.

If we cancel a prepaid order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method after cutting the payment gateway charges or handled through another appropriate resolution.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

By making a payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Taarasha does not store your complete debit card, credit card, or other payment credentials.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timelines provided on our website.

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location, courier availability, weather conditions, holidays, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors outside our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier's processes and timelines.

9. Returns, Exchanges and Store Credit

Taarasha provides exchanges for eligible product-related issues in accordance with our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

Exchange requests must generally be raised within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

For defective or incorrect-product claims, a continuous shipment-opening video without cuts, pauses, or edits is required.

The original security tag must remain intact and uncut for an exchange to be considered.

Where an eligible exchange cannot be fulfilled, store credit may be provided. Store credit is valid for 90 days (3 months) from the date of issue.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate contact and delivery information.
Checking product details, measurements, and size information before ordering.
Being available to receive the shipment or making appropriate delivery arrangements.
